August Release

Hi Naomi ,

We have resolved bugs of notification module. But some bugs, we are not able to produce.

I would request you to in next release when you test the notification bug then start the video capturing while you perform the testing.

Because, in some cases we need scenario that how you perform that test case.

As you mentioned here: Re: Certain disputes not expanding Legal Analytics: Costs - PRIORITY - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild in reply to Paul 's question, some features are getting released only on rebuilddemo.islg and some are getting released on both rebuilddemo.islg and rebuild.islg. Are we keeping tracking of what features are getting released on rebuilddemo.islg vs. rebuild.islg? And do we have a plan for ensuring rebuild.islg content is maintained when we start syncing the features between both environments?

I ask, because I'm wondering when we will starting syncing content and features between rebulddemo.islg and rebuild.islg to ensure content is available on rebulddemo.islg for UAT and needed feature updates are available on rebuild.islg. Of course, we would need to take into consideration that live content is being added on rebuild.islg via Legal Analytics, and any syncing between environments would need to protect and preserve data on rebuild.islg.

We are maintaining rebuild.islg content. we can not do anything with rebuild.islg content.
 
If there is any admin side changes then will deploy the changes on both rebuild.islg and rebuilddemo.islg.

But, For Subscriber side changes, we are deploying only on rebuilddemo.islg.

Tomorrow Morning, we are going to deploy the 31 August stories on rebuilddemo.islg. Please take note that we will remove all testing data.

Also, We will deploy Admin high priority changes on rebuild.islg as well.

Hi Harsh and Ketan ,

I want to flag that there were a couple of user stories that were supposed to be include this morning's release (31-Aug-20) that were not moved to UAT:

Please let us know when these are expected to be released, and we'll update the Development Completion Dates accordingly.

Jitesh , could you provide more detail on the status of the following user stories that were suppose to be released this morning on ILG:

Note that user stories should only be placed in "Blocked" status after development is complete and they are moved to Blocked status after UAT determines testing cannot be performed. If the user story is blocked because other features need to be developed, the user story should be placed in "Pending other Feature" status, and the development completion date should be updated to reflect when the user story will be completed (i.e., after the other dependent feature is completed).

Also, Jitesh , it appears there will be major release on the ILG subscriber site on September 3rd. I believe this will be the first release for the updated ILG subscriber site. When the release is deployed, could please ensure that a message is posted in: Message Board - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) for Tologix providing details of the release, including URLs for accessing the subscriber site.

In ISLG Admin side, That card is in development and we are working on it and will release with next release date. I update the date in sheet

In ISLG Subscriber, card no. 10112 will move in UAT but card no.  7655 is blocked due to need confirmation from industrial team.

Following status update for ILG.

ILG Admin :

16761    Automated emails > Styles are incorrect
16758   Move Tag > Tag Location field behaviour incorrect

Above two story html template request to Industrial team, both feedback done from our side only pending to change html template in order to make it done.

8990 | Groups > Expiry Date

Above group expiry date also done and we move to UAT with subscriber site publish on tomorrow 3rd September.


ILG Subscriber :

15449 | ILG Team Feedback > [Improvement] Include tag meta-field value details

Above feedback also done, we are uploading tomorrow subscriber site and update in spreadsheet.

Further to comments above by Harsh and Jitesh , it appears there are few user stories concerning the August releases that are getting held up because of issue on the Industrial side. Could you please review and ensure these are getting addressed.

My understanding is that Industrial is dedicating everyone to UAT right now, and that they are getting through all the user stories released last week as soon as possible. In the meantime, I suggest reviewing and resolving bugs as they are reported. For example, I've identifies 14 user stories in ISLG Subscriber that have been sent back for further development from the August release:

Hi Morgan and Harsh , 

That is correct! We are down to 65 user stories and are devoting the majority of the next two days to clearing out the remainder to meet our deadline.
