Bug #16065 - Template

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , 

Following up on this card on Basecamp so we can keep track easier. Here is the link to the card:

We can make some changes to the CSS and JS so that the main body locks when scrolling.
