Call re Design/Development Update

Hello all,

Could we please schedule a call for the week of November 26-30. I'd like to get a general update on the PDF to HTML and Machine Leaning projects, and then focus our attention on next steps for the ISLG Rebuild project.

We're performing usability testing this week (and maybe) next week, so there still may be some changes to the design. However,

We can certainly share the admin prototype and preliminary user stories ahead of the meeting. I'll be happy to walk through the main features as well.

Please note that we will be refining the user stories as we determine development priorities to ensure that all acceptance criteria is captured.

Current resource allocation is as follows:

ISLG - 1 developer
PDF to HTML r & d - 2 developers
P3 - 2 developers
ML - 1 developer

Please note that we haven't added one additional developer and 1 QA yet as at current stage they are not needed. Both will be added from 1st December when user stories are finalized and development will begin.

We will do a broad overview in our meeting next week. We have some preliminary user stories written and will share them with you once I resolve an issue I am having with Target Process.

Please keep in mind that not all aspects of the admin are final as there will be some refinements based on user testing.

This assumes Document upload and conversion to HTML will be possible.
