I would like to follow through with Christian Johannsen and Justin Laufer's suggestion of building a prototype to test whether setting up a CDN will have a material impact on improving the performance of the application in specified locations. As Justin suggested, let's start by writing the relevant user story for setting up the prototype. Could you please prepare the user story, which should include screenshots and videos as required. I'll let you decide what format it best to present the user story, but a Word document with external links to applicable videos should suffice. Also, let's have the location of the prototype focus on Ahmedabad, India, because this will allow you to perform the tests on the prototype.

Also, based on the meeting it appears that latency problems with accessing the server via VPN are resolved. However, if they do appear again, particularly when the ISLG data migration is performed, please ensure that when you report them to Carbon60, you reference the previous support ticket [IR #767109] to ensure they can reference it to assist in resolving the issue.

Lastly, Jitesh , in the call it appears you were suggesting the issues experienced with the ILG Subscriber site are related to issues with the servers (e.g., latency issue between the database server and the application server). Based in Jason's answer, it sounds like a latency issue between the database server and application server is unlikely, but if you want them to perform some test to confirm, please submit the appropriate support request to support@carbon60.com. However, if you do, please ensure that the request is clear and provides all the relevant information to eliminate back and forth emails that occur when insufficient detail is provided in the original request.
