Creating accounts on rebuild

This morning I have been trying to create new subscriber accounts on rebuild in order to conduct some testing. I have not been able to create any new accounts or reset passwords on existing accounts because we are not receiving emails from rebuild.

Is this an issue you are aware of? How can we resolve this so we can continue our testing?

Also of note - any using accessing the application via the login button on 
http://rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com/Login is currently being auto-logged in to Borden Ladner Gervais.

I experienced the issue in the past, but I was able to create new user account earlier this week. Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh has the automated email system been disabled on the rebuild.islg?

Yes, I reported the issue with auto-IP access was reported last week: Problem with auto-IP authentication - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild.

Do you mind if we use the auto-login as Borden Ladner Gervais for now until the account issue is resolved?

Yes, that's fine Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa . Thankfully that's a complementary account where usage is not relevant to billing. Also, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , I assume any usage data on rebuild.islg will be updated and replaced when we perform the final sync with the legacy application?

We have not not updated the new mail setting on rebuild.islg. We have updated now. Now you can create new user, forget user & password. You will receive mail from rebuild.islg.
