Data Capture Browsing Tool

Further to my call with Ryan this morning, I wanted to flag an issue that came up in P3LG that is applicable to the ISLG rebuild. In this to-do: Create tag browsing features on admin site - TOLOGIX - P3 Prototype for Tologix I've requested an ability to browse through existing tags in a document. A similar feature should be integrated into the requirements for the data capture applicable in ISLG. The current design allows the reviewer to chose what type of highlights are visible, but it should also give the reviewer the ability to skip from one highlight to the next.  Could you please take a look at this issue, and ensure it's integrated into the user stories.
