Discussion Related to FTS Filters
Hi
Morgan
,
In our call this morning we discussed two items related to Full Text Search filters that we would like to have clarified/raise.
In our call this morning we discussed two items related to Full Text Search filters that we would like to have clarified/raise.
- When users are filtering by document type, we currently have in the criteria, that arbitration rules can be filtered by values in the "Issuing Organization" field on the master list record that pull from the "Administering Institutions" Master list. (https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=userstory/7691) We just would like to double check that this is correct?
- There are technical issues blocking the ability for users to save their full text search parameters with all of the filters applied to the Research Notepad, and to be able to re-run these searches again in the future. (https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=board/5596457270758793748&appConfig=eyJhY2lkIjoiNEIyRDU0NTZFNkFEOUY1MUQwQzA5QzI5QjBBNjM1OTMifQ==&boardPopup=userstory/13694) DevIT is looking into this at the moment, and will update us on the Industrial side, as solving this may possibly require changes to the FTS filter and FTS results page UI's.
Thanks, and if there are any changes that need to be made to the criteria regarding issue #1 I will adjust accordingly.
Naomi
Here are my comments:
Does we need to check that Arbitration Rule is published or not for pulling Issuing Organization data ?
Does we need to pull Issuing Organization data only those arbitration rule which are published ?
Yes we should be checking for Issuing Organization data that is from published Arbitration Rules
