Error accessing documents in ISLG

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan ,  

I wanted to let you know I'm experiencing an issue that is preventing the bulk of UAT tickets from being able to be tested by us.

Anytime I try to access the document view (whether by the document states or tasks in the left hand menu, or any master lists) I receive an error message preventing me from seeing the view.


Please let me know once this is fixed or how I can avoid this, to resume UAT as soon as possible.

Actually, There was only minor data related issue only in following document.

OT/0003/01 - Burimi SRL and Eagle Games SH.A v. Republic of Albania Yellow - 14/03/2020

We have resolved this issue and it is fixed on rebuild.islg.
