Field labels for advanced filters
Following up on our discussion this morning about field labels in the context of the advanced filters. In the video below, I've explained an issue about fields with the same field label:
As described in the video, ideally we want these fields combined into one filtering option so that user would not need to select multiple fields for the same type of data. Note that combining fields in the advance filters would only occur if the following conditions are met:

- fields appear in the same field set;
- fields have the same field label; and
- fields draw from the same value list.

In addition to the above, there was one hard coded field label that we were unable to change under Proceeding Details > Parties.
