Freezing issues on staging

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

There seem to be many issues with just loading pages or completing basic actions in both the subscriber and admin side that are making UAT at some points virtually impossible.

I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to un-publish a report but the page becomes unresponsive, or sometimes when I try to close and re-open the page I don't even get brought to the login page (just infinite loading).

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh is this related to the server space issue we discussed on Monday? Please advise how you recommend us to proceed.

Apologies for the delayed reply. Yes, my team experienced the same issue with the staging.islg site today. the app.islg is working fine, but there is something wrong with staging.islg.

Note that server issue appears to be resolved; however, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh needed to stop a number of SQL agent jobs to resolve the problem. I wonder if these have somehow affected staging.islg.

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan and Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh , could you please investigate and bring staging.islg back online.
