As the Objectives Memo describes, we would like to compete with these sources by providing a comprehensive publicly available collection of all relevant disputes (documents and details) and legal instruments (investment treaties, free trade agreements, arbitration rules, etc.)

Hi Megan,

I don't have any specific feedback data. The feedback we've collected has been done informally, and incorporated into the improvements outlined in the Objective Memo. However, as discussed before, I think it would be worthwhile for us to conduct a more formal survey. How do you suggest we do it? Should we use third party software like SurveyMonkey, or would you recommend something else? Also, it would be great if you could help us craft the questions that we'd pose in the survey.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this one. 

SurveyMonkey is a fine choice, unless you have another tool you like to use. They have a large bank of templates with pre-designed questions that are helpful.

We've put together a few sample questions. 

What we would like to discover, if possible:
- what parts of the app do people use/not use? 
- what parts do they rely on heavily?
- what are their pain points?

Here are the results for the survey we've received so far: https://www.surveymonkey.ca/results/SM-Z3WQYLMM8/. However, there's only 12 responses so far. I'd like to collect more responses before we start analyzing them. We'll send out another notice to users this week, and hopefully that gets some more responses.

Very interesting so far! How many people did you send it to Morgan  ?

We sent it to all our subscribers (200+ organizations), and also posted it in our newsletter (486 subscribers) and social media (LinkedIn and Twitter).
