TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild

ISLG Site Copy - First Draft

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan !

As promised, you can find our drafted site copy here.

This includes our recommended branded name for the Legal Analytics product, edited copy for all pages of the site, as well as net new copy for the new pages.

I've left a few comments throughout for the Industrial team ( Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa ) where we're hoping that slight adjustments can be made to include addition CTA or side bar elements.

Looking forward to everyone's thoughts and feedback!

Best,
Haley

Comments & Events

Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

Thanks for the draft site copy above. I took an initial review, and before I make more detailed comments, I want to ask about the approach about marketing Legal Analytics. Legal Analytics is a major new feature, and it's surprising that it was omitted from the copy for the Product page. Why was this done?

Also, is your recommendation that we change the title of Legal Analytics to ISLG Network? If so, I'm not sure I agree with this choice. Legal Analytics provides an in-depth reporting tool on various data concerning cases (hence my initial suggestion of using ISLG Reports). This includes data relevant to people and organizations, but its main purpose is to give users an ability to analyze data trends in the cases, and so I feel the term "network" overly simplifies the function of the tool. I understand that we're trying to create copy that promotes sponsored profiles, but I don't want that to come at the cost of promoting the Legal Analytics as a research tool.

Happy to have a call to discuss this in more detail.

Thanks,

Morgan
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan

Thanks for looking at this so quickly!

Re: Product page
This was a miss on my end—there wasn't a revised wireframe for the Product page, so my understanding was that we were describing the new features on their respective pages (Document libraries and Profile pages), and otherwise just editing previous copy. We can add mention of those two features now once we align on the below.

Re: Legal analytics
I do think it might be helpful to get back on a call and clarify / chat through naming options for this. We wanted to make the name of the profile listings extremely clear since all of the features since legal analytics contributes to all of the features in some capacity. If there's a different end benefit (i.e. Reports) that we want to emphasize instead, we're definitely open to that. On this note, we'll want to clarify whether the features added to the Product page are "Document libraries" and "Profile pages" or the branded term we choose for "Legal analytics".

Do you have time to connect Monday afternoon?

Best,
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

Yes, I think there's two different benefits to Legal Analytics. There's the research tool component that allows researchers to understand the data underlying disputes and cases, which includes data concerning people and organizations. There is also the marketing tool component that allows people and organizations to promote themselves, by including more information about themselves in connection with their individual report pages (i.e., profile pages).

A call on Monday works for me. I have a call scheduled between 2-3, but otherwise, I'm available.

Thanks,

Morgan
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

In addition to the above, I discussed the issue with Industrial during our call this afternoon concerning the updated mock-ups, and it was mentioned that the high level changes concerning Legal Analytics are outlined here: Re: Marketing Site - IA - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. In addition, Industrial is going to work on providing you with updated outlines of the Product page to provide you with more guidance on where Legal Analytics fits into the list of product features.

Also, for the call on Monday, could you please add Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi to the calendar invite.

Thanks,

Morgan
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
This sounds good, thanks Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan . The main thing we'll want to discuss is how "Legal analytics" shows up in the new structure, within the pages for document libraries and profiles.

It will be good to clarify! Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi is 3pm PST okay for you on Monday? Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela will add you to the invite.

Best,
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Ok. Sounds good, Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley .

Note it's the other way around: people and organization profiles show up within the Legal Analytic tools. We are promoting direct access to profiles through the marketing pages, but all these data are derived from the Legal Analytics tools.

Morgan
Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley

3pm PST is fine!

Thanks,

Naomi
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan

We wanted to summarize/confirm a few of the things we discussed on today's call to ensure we're moving in the right direction:
  1. ISLG Reports. To confirm, Legal Analytics (what we're now calling ISLG Reports) encapsulates the following four features: Disputes and Dispute Document Library; Treaties and Rules Library; People Profiles; Organization Profiles. David Akermanis, Quietly Media David confirmed that search volume between “profiles” and “reports” is comparable, so moving forward with ISLG Reports will be fine.
  2. Homepage USPs. We feel the current USPs on the homepage still cover the key benefits ISLG offers, even with these new features. Are you comfortable limiting USPs to the existing three, but having us expand to mention the new features (ie. changing "Map relationships between relevant materials and past decisions by tribunals" to read "Map relationships between relevant materials, past decisions by tribunals, and the individuals and firms involved with ISLG Reports.")
  3. Highlighting new features. Beyond the above recommendation, we would suggest calling out which features are new in the related panels further down on the homepage. ie. "With our new ISLG Reports, you can now view our listings of people and organizations..."
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah could you please share the updated Product page mockup once it's ready? We'll hold off on adjusting that page until we can see the new design.

Let me know if you want to get back on the phone to talk through any of this, Morgan! We'll wait for your confirmation before making copy changes to ensure we stay within scope of two rounds of revisions.

Best,
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

A few things to clarify on the above. The Dispute and Dispute Document Library and Treaties and Rules Library are separate from ISLG Reports. The Libraries are where users browse and access content (i.e., access and view documents). ISLG Reports are where users analyze data and generate reports on such data. People or Organization profiles are integrated in ISLG Reports. Here are some wireframes that illustrate ISLG Reports: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/JET7XMPSQFW#/screens/412261648_Legal_Analytics_Landing.

The existing USPs don't capture the "data", "reports" and "analytics" elements of ISLG Reports. The current USPs seem more relevant to SME-based tools (Subject Navigator, Citators, etc.), which is different from the data-based ISLG Reports.
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hey Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Thanks for your help clarifying. If we're going to add a new USP to the homepage that speaks to data/reports, it will significantly impact homepage design. I'll look to Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi to let us know if adding a fourth icon (in addition pinpoint info; map relationships; review analysis) is approved from a design perspective. If not we will need to revise the three existing USPs to encapsulate those benefits.

Similarly, on the Product page, we'll need to know what the latest layout looks like with new fields for ISLG Reports, Document Comparison, and Notifications before we develop new copy for those features.

Let us know when new wireframes and/or mockups are available for those two pages, and we'll go from there!

Thanks,
Haley

Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

Yes, I've posed the question to Industrial about the USP in my comments within the wireframes, so Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi or Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa perhaps you could comment how best to deal with this issue.

Regarding the product page, here is a draft of the mock-ups for the product page: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/JHXSFMXARB7#/screens/428639487. I've inserted a couple of comments that need to be addressed, but otherwise, I believe this is what layout of the page will be.

Thanks,

Morgan
Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Regarding the homepage USP we will be adding a fourth section to refer to ISLG reports. We are in the process of adjusting the mockups based on Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan 's feedback yesterday, so we will be able to get these to you soon.

Regarding the wireframes (sent in Morgans message above) the layout won't be changing so much, the feedback is regarding the order in which the citator sections are displayed. Hopefully you can start with this, so we aren't blocking you on any work regarding these two sections!

Thanks,

Naomi

Hello all,

Just chiming in re: timing!

Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , could you confirm if this timeline is still up to date?
 Design: August 17 - September 7
 Development: August 17 - October 13
 Content population: October 8 - 13
 QA: October 12 - 23

If the content population dates are still accurate, we have ample time to finalize copy. So that we don't run into any further changes to wireframes or mockups, we would recommend that we hold on copy revisions until the mockups have been fully approved.  Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan – it should only take us a few days to update copy based on the feedback and cross-reference against the finalized designs.

Let me know if that works for you Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan . And Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah if you have a firm date for mockup final approval, then I can update timing for our copy right away.

Thanks all!

Hi Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela ,

That makes sense to me assuming the timelines are still the same.  We don't want to jump the gun further on content until we've finalized the design.

Thanks,

Morgan
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial
Hi Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela

We had revised the timeline in June to accommodate for an October 1st launch date.

UX: June 15 - July 17
IA - June 19
Wireframes - July 3

Design: July 20 - August 7

Development: August 10 - September 4

Content population: September 7 - 11

QA: September 4 - 18

We have started initial development and are just wrapping things up on the design side. Our designer is updating the products page and should have that complete by end of day tomorrow.

Overall, we are still on schedule for content pop. to start on September 7th.
Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media
Okay, thanks for the context. If mockups are finalized this week, we can use next week to finish copy.

Here's an updated scheduled Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan
  • Quietly to share revised copy for 2nd review: Sept 1
  • Second round feedback: Sept 2
  • Final copy delivered: Sept 4

Hi Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , do you have an update on timing for the revised mockups? We were hoping to receive them at the end of last week to ensure ample time for revisions ahead of your content population timeline. Thanks in advance!
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial
Hi Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela

Apologies. We are implementing the latest round of feedback and should have this completed by end of day tomorrow. I will post them here when completed.

Savannah
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan

We've gone through your latest feedback and implemented the changes.

A couple notes:
  • We left the UI screenshots as is for now, as we talked about on our last call, these can easily be swapped out in development. Once you've identified which screens would showcase the app better, we will provide them to development to implement. Let me know if you'd like Mel or Naomi's guidance on this.
  • As per Paul's comment on the Resources and Events mockups, we added ISLG Reports and Terms & Phrases to the Upcoming Webinars description.
  • We left "Applicable Treaty" as is for now, as Naomi is getting some clarification from you and Paul. This should be easy to resolve and swap out if need be.
Patrick is working on the login mockup and this should be completed by end of day today.

Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela  - if you have any questions about the mockups, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your patience on this!
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah ,

Thanks I'll take another quick review right now. A couple of comments to address your notes above:
  • Yes, could Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi please assist on this. I've just identified issues with the screens being used, but I would expect alternatives to be suggested by the design team.
  • Great. I assume this is copy that we can update as required through the CMS?
  • I've responded to Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi 's question. Please change it to "Applicable Instrument(s)".
Thanks,

Morgan
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah ,

A couple of unresolved issues in the mock-ups, but otherwise things look good:

  1. Browse Document Library: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/J8YDIFCZBFM#/screens/428089218
  2. Browse Profiles: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/J8YDIFCZBFM#/screens/428089219
  3. Document Library Filters: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/J8YDIFCZBFM#/screens/430048619
Issues 1 and 2 need to be resolved so that Quietly can develop the appropriate copy, whereas issue 3 may not need to be resolved now, but it would be good to see the UI on dropdown menu filters (multi-select, searchable, etc.)

Thanks,

Morgan
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan

Sorry about that - 1 and 2 are updated. #3 I will chat with Naomi and Mel on.

Have a great weekend.

Savannah
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah ,

It looks like the same images and copy were used for issue 1 and 2. The Browse Document Library should be highlighting the Document Comparison tool. The Browse Profiles should be highlighting ISLG Reports.

Thanks,

Morgan
Morgan Maguire, CEO
OK. Thanks Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah . There's still some issues with the copy (which Quietly can address), but the images look good.

Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela and Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley , with the exception of the login mock-up (I'll explain more below), you should have all the mock-ups you need to create your revised draft of copy.

Regarding the login mock-up, when we launch the new ISLG, it will be launched in beta form. This means that users will have the options to access both the old and new applications for a period of time. During the beta period, a page will be presented to the user after they login prompting them to choose the old or new application (along with the ability to select the new application as the default option going forward). We would like you to create a short piece of copy (one sentence) that would entice users to choose the new application option. More details will follow when Patrick Harris, Web Designer at Industrial Patrick completes the mock-up, but I wanted to give you a heads up that this copy will also be needed.

Thanks,

Morgan
Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media
Thanks Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan , and appreciate the heads up for the login copy. We'll be looking over the mockups this afternoon and will get back to you on Monday AM regarding timing. We're still aiming to have something over to you by Tuesday EOD, but we'll confirm once we evaluate the scope of the changes and may need to extend into Wednesday.

Thanks again and have a great weekend!

Here is the mockup to the login page: https://invis.io/J8YDIFCZBFM#/430067403_Login

Savannah
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah ,

It's more than what I was expecting, but I like it. I suppose we'll need to narrow which tools to include in the slider windows. We should probably include the following:

  • ISLG Reports
  • Document Comparison
  • Notifications
  • New Document View (highlighting ability to view all references to document across research tools)
Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi , let me know if you think I'm missing anything.

Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela , we'll want to create copy for each of these slider windows, which I assume will be similar to the copy developed for each tool on the new Product page.

Thanks,

Morgan

Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Thanks for compiling this. Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi , is it possible to share an InVision folder that only includes the pages we're responsible for? This current experience includes several pages we aren't developing copy for (e.g. Respondent State, Date Range, etc.) and excludes several pages we are developing copy for (e.g. About ISLG, Contact Us, Start Your Trial).

Could you also confirm that this IA is up to date?

Thanks again,
Haley

Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

There is some content from the Document Library and Browse Profile pages that I expected you to develop copy for (e.g., callouts when the user hits the paywall). For the About Us, Contact US and Start Your Trial pages, there are no changes to existing pages (except for the new beta login page described above), so you can just refer to the existing site.

If there is any ambiguity on this, I'd be happy to hop on a call to discuss.

Thanks,

Morgan
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley

The IA doesn't include the pages that are being pulled from the application:

  • Document Libraries (Treaty & Rules library, Dispute and Dispute Document Library)
  • Document View Pages (Dispute Detail, Treaty/Rule Detail, Dispute Document Detail)
  • Browse People/Organization Listing
  • Person/Organization Detail

We have an all staff meeting from 2-3:30 today but we can provide more clarification and/or updated inVision after that should you need it.

Savannah
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan

Totally understood re: Document Library and Browse Profiles (that copy is already underway) and thanks for the added context on the missing pages.

We'll work through revised copy this week to have to you by Thursday latest.

Best,
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Sounds good. Thanks Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley .

Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah , what's the deadline for getting the copy complete? Above you've posted: Content population: September 7 - 11. I assume that means we'll want everything done before the 7th?

Thanks,

Morgan
Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial
Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

September 7th would be ideal however we can be flexible. If there are still pages you're working out the final details on after the 7th, that's no problem as we can populate content as we receive it and I don't anticipate the actual population taking very long on our end.

Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley  - Do you need any additional clarification from Naomi or are you good to proceed?
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Understanding why certain pages are missing, I think we're good to go Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah  - thank you!
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan !

We're sharing a revised draft of the website copy with you today. This new version features:
  • Additional copy for the new fields on the Home and Product, based on the latest designs
  • Revised copy for all sections of "Browse document libraries" and "Browse profiles" based on your feedback
  • New copy for the Login page
In order to expedite revisions and not delay Industrial, would it be possible to have your feedback in the document by EOD tomorrow?

Best,
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Thanks Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley .

Yes, I'm having a pretty hectic week, but I will do my best get the copy reviewed by EOD tomorrow. If that doesn't happen, I'll ensure to take care of it over the weekend.

Thanks,

Morgan
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
That's perfect, thank you!
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

I completed my review of the copy. There's a fair bit of work to be done. I'll let you review my comments and changes, and then perhaps we can have a call next week to discuss. I want to ensure we're clear on the approach when it comes to ISLG Reports and Browse Profiles.

I'd rather get this right than rush it. As Savannah Mitchell, Project Manager at Industrial Savannah mentioned above, we can always integrate the September 7th deadline is flexible as the copy can be added after development has started.

Thanks and have a good long weekend.

Morgan
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Thanks for your quick feedback, Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan .

I've gone through and addressed the majority of your notes and suggestions throughout—I think we're getting close!

We have a few new sections to write before we ask you to review the latest, but in the meantime I wanted to clarify your comment on page 3.1 where you say we "should probably be creating CTAs for when users select links to content that hits that paywall relevant to the following tools". Could you provide more detail there or let me know if it would be best to schedule a quick call?

Best,
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

Sounds good.

Yes, I'm referring to pop-up CTAs that appear when users select content from Dispute Library that is only available for subscribers: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/J8YDIFCZBFM#/screens/428089223

The idea is that we would create copy for each pop-up CTA type, which I believe would include the following:
  • ISLG Reports
  • Subject Navigator
  • Article Citator
  • Jurisprudence Citator
Thanks,

Morgan

Morgan Maguire, CEO
Great. Thanks Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley . I'll give this a review tomorrow and hopefully we'll get this all wrapped up.

Morgan
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

I've added another round of edits.

Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa and Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi , I've mentioned you in a couple of comments to highlight that we've inserted some new CTAs into the browse profiles pages to generate interest in users purchasing sponsored profiles. We'll need to amend the wireframes accordingly. As far as the action taken when the CTA is selected, we should probably create a page with a form (similar to the Contact Us page) that a user can fill-out to submit a request for sponsored profile, which if submitted would send an email to profiles@investorstatelawguide.com

These are the fields that should be in the form:

  • Name*
  • Email*
  • Organization*
  • Type of Enhanced Profile* (dropdown)
    • People
    • Organization
    • People and Organization
  • Existing Profile URL  (if applicable)
    • [if they select the CTA from a specific profile page, the applicable URL would be automatically filled-in with the URL]
  • Message
In addition, we should put some copy above the form fields that explains something along the following:

Want to enhance or add your profile to ISLG?
Fill out this short form to contact ISLG. We will be in touch within one business day with more information.

Thanks,

Morgan
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
All updated on our end, Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan  !
Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan

I've made some additions based on your above message. If you are okay with the added callouts, we will revise the mockups and templates to accommodate this. Please let me know if you think something should be modified on the pages below.
  1.  Enhance Profile Form page (I’ve added a link to this page in the footer menu as well)
  2. Browse Profiles Landing page (callout for both profile and org sections added)
  3. Profile/Org Listing page
  4. Individual Report Detail page
Thanks,

Naomi
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Looks good, Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi .

I've added some comments to the Enhance Profile Form page. Also, we'll need some copy for the description sections:

My suggestion is something along the following:

"ISLG profiles are generated based on publicly data collected concerning investor-state disputes. People and organizations have the ability to add their profile or enhance their profile with additional information, including an image, nationality, place of residency, bar admissions, language and a full-length biography."

Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley , your input on this would be appreciated.

Also, we should ensure the CTA for the Organization listing and individual report detail pages include the copy specific to organizations.

Thanks,

Morgan
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

A few tweaks suggested below:

ISLG profiles are generated based on publicly available data concerning investor-state disputes. People and organizations have the ability to add to or enhance their profiles with additional information, including an image, nationality, place of residency, bar admissions, language and a full-length biography.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Haley
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

In the description above, I was trying to describe two possible situations:
  • A people or organization profile already exists in ISLG Reports, and the person or organization can purchase an enhanced profile to add information to the existing profile.
  • A people or organization profile does not exist in ISLG Reports, because that person or organization has not been captured in our database (e.g., they do not have any publicly available experience), but they can purchase an enhanced profile to add their profile to the system.
How do you suggest to best describe and appeal to users in both situations?

Thanks,

Morgan

Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
I see, Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan  — thoughts on the below?

ISLG profiles are generated based on publicly available data concerning investor-state disputes. People and organizations have the ability to build a new profile or enhance an existing profiles with additional information, including an image, nationality, place of residency, bar admissions, language and a full-length biography.
Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media
Great, I've added it as a new page: 9.0 Enhance Your Profile.

Hi Haley Cameron, Editorial Manager at Quietly Media Haley ,

I just wanted to confirm something with you to make sure I'm not missing anything! In the highlighted area here (https://invis.io/J8YDIFCZBFM#/428089214_Document_View) does this correspond to the "Product Paywalls" section of the copy document? If not would you be able to point out the place where it is in that document?

Thank you!
