ISLG User Survey
Hello all,
I have crated a doc folder that contains the results of our user survey: User Surveys - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild. It contains a summary, individual responses, and all the data. A summary is also available here: https://www.surveymonkey.ca/results/SM-K5RTCHRX8/.
Note that there was a limited number of responses (12), and is probably not representative of users as a whole, but there was some interesting feedback, including:

Note that there was a limited number of responses (12), and is probably not representative of users as a whole, but there was some interesting feedback, including:
- Participants are generally satisfied with ISLG regarding quality, usability and value.
- The top ranked tools are the Subject Navigator and Jurisprudence Citator, and are used daily by a few participants.
- Sub-categorizing documents appears to be valued by participants.
- Less than half participants share their research, and those that do, did not mention using the Notepad Feature for sharing.
- Mixed results on need for mobile friendly application.
- Of the 4 new features surveyed, more ways to filter content and the ability to create alters were ranked as most useful.
- The only feature that did not receive unanimous support was the arbitrator/counsel filter, which is not unexpected given that this feature would be focused on the practitioner community (not for academic users).
There were also some interesting comments and suggestions for improvements, including:
- Allow users to create temporal filters for content within the Subject Navigator
- Alerts should be specific to categories within individual tools (e.g., see when new content is added to specific sub-branches within the Subject Navigator)
Thanks,
Morgan
