Marketing Site - Login to Beta/Existing Application

As we are starting work on the ISLG Marketing site, we wanted to hear from you about the best way to allow subscribers to access the existing ISLG application as well as the Beta version of the new version. There are two ways we see doing this, but it would be good to hear your input from a technical perspective what would be feasible:
1. Offering the option to switch between the Beta and existing version after the user has logged in, from within the application. The benefit here being that users would be able to switch back and forth between the applications, with minimal friction.
2. Before logging in, offering users the option to select which version they would like to work in. In this case, if they would like to switch, they would have to log out and login again with their new selection.
Please let us know your thoughts on this, and we will move forward with the following changes to be made.

We should go with 2nd option. we can not directly switch the application after login. user should select the version of application before login.
Having said that, for option 2, I'd like to review and have input on how that process is implemented. From my perspective, the following needs to be achieved:
