We have successfully deployed the ISLGRebuild application on server (10.68.138.10).

We are facing one problem that if we directly go through following URL in browser then we can not able to access.

http://rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com/admin/

But, If we connect the Cisco VPN and then try to access above URL then it is accessible.

We tried above scenarios in different systems and all have faced the same problem.

Please do needful.

This was their response:

Currently this IP resolves to an internal IP both internally and externally.

If I’m understanding the request correctly you would like to assign a new public IP so it can be viewed externally?

If so, we’ll need to repoint the DNS for rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com to the new external IP. After that is complete you’ll need to add a host record on your computer for rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com to view it from the internal IP.

Also, what ports do you need open? http & https?

Can you let me know what you'd like and I'll respond?
