Based on the concerns brought up in our call yesterday I have revised the 'Create new meta-field' flow to better capture all the requirements for fields.
Based on the need for more detail around field types, behaviours and dependencies I have moved the 'create new' steps to a dedicated page. You can see the revised flow here: https://invis.io/6AOHL2Q9J8U#/324817024_New_Field_V2

A couple notes:
Everything looks good. However, I'm a little unclear on how the "Ability to mark as changed" option works. Could you explain, or should we hold off until you draw up the requirements in TargetProcess?
