Problems with Staging
Hi
Savannah
and
Melissa
,
Further to the recording of a meeting with the ISLG team earlier, we were experiencing some significant issues with Analysis process on the admin site, and many of these issues seem like issues that should have been resolved during previous rounds of UAT. I'm suspecting that these issues are regression issues caused by releases deployed since UAT was completed several months ago. The issues are so widespread, I think we need to redo UAT on these features.
Could we have a call to discuss?
Also, my initial testing of Reports on the admin site produced a lot of issues as well, particularly with respect to loading times. During the call I'd like to confirm that we have created the reports correctly, before I start submitting to-do's.
I'm available after 2:30pm today, and after between 10:15 and 2pm tomorrow.
Thanks,
Morgan

You are probably correct in your suspicions. Mel, Naomi and I are free at 10:30am (Vancouver time) tomorrow, I can send a zoom invite.
In the mean time,

Also, as a quick question, I noticed a few of Subscriber side template issues we have submitted previously (e.g., wrong version of ISLG logo) are not resolved on staging.investorstatelawguide.com. Are these requirements in progress or is this a regression issue as well?
Morgan
I am not sure, but if you have a few examples we can take a look and try to get a better idea of why that might be occurring.
I'm referring to the issues where the Subscriber side HTML templates do not match up with the comments in the original mock-up (e.g., ISLG logo currently doesn't have the (r) and the "Dispute Document" library should be changed to "Disputes & Dispute Documents" library). I believe

I didn't catch those two issues when I was performing the audit actually. I've gone ahead and created cards for these two issues here:
I'll ensure we report any other issue we find with labels/logos in to-do's going forward.

To assist them with their testing processes, I have shared the following Dispute Documents with them in HTML and PDF format: https://islg.egnyte.com/fl/66MDgvnx3Z to ensure they have HTML documents that are fully compatible with the application.
Thanks,
Morgan
Would you please let us know relevant issues by tomorrow so that we can plan it further.
Thanks,

All Arbitration and Treaties related converted HTML & PDFs files are available on staging.islg.
We have provided all PDF and HTML documents which are avilable on rebuild.islg.
Yes, but we were requesting the actually HTML files converted from XML so that we could use them to test the uploading process in the admin site. However, I believe
Having said that, there are now 16 bugs and 1 user story that need to be resolved in Analyzing/Tagging before we deploy the production environment (app.investorstatelawguide.com) next Monday, February 8th:
Please review these and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks,
Morgan
