Save Draft and Publish Button in Masters

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan and Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa ,

I have one following question regarding "Save Draft" and "Publish" button in following Masters.

1) People
2) Country
3) Non-Investment Dispute
4) Organization
5) Disputes
6) Administrating Institutions

Can we consider only published data for referencing in other Master ?

For ex: I have entered People "XYZ" in People Master by using Save Draft. Hence, Can we allow to use "XYZ" in Dispute Master ?
 
I assume once we published "XYZ" entry then after It will be reflected in Dispute.

Please clarify.

Melissa Cowell, General Manager at Industrial Melissa , let's ensure we discuss this issue later today before responding to Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . It's important that we get this right. My thought is that we remove draft status from the following masters lists (i.e., entries are immediately published when added):
  • Non-Investment Treaty Dispute Documents
  • Publications
  • People
  • Organizations
  • Countries
  • Arbitral Institutions 
  • Terms & Phrases (possible to be added)
Because none of these entries will get appear on the subscriber side of ISLG until they are referred to and published through Disputes, Dispute Documents, Treaties or Arbitration Rules.
