TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild

Tagging Tables in ISLG

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

We had a question for you regarding tagging tables in ISLG. Is this functionality something you imagine your team will be needing frequently? Currently there are some issues around doing this, but it would be good to know if this is a priority or something that can be addressed later.

I am testing on this document that is attached, creating a reference in the table for abbreviations and acronyms.

Thank you,

Naomi

Paul Moon Paul , what are your thoughts? I don't see a need for tagging tables. Do you foresee a need for this?

Thanks,

Hi Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi and Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan :

Currently, the attached document's table for abbreviations and acronyms does have a few references that we need to be able to tag. The same goes for the table of list of cases that follows. On average, I'd say we'd tag something in the table 90% of the time. Having said that, if there are other priority items, this could be addressed later. In any case, I want to have this functionality available eventually.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Naomi Joanis, UX Team Lead at Industrial Naomi ,

I discussed this issue with Paul Moon Paul , and tagging the table itself will never be needed, but will it be possible to tag excerpts of text within the table? This will rarely occur, but it's a possibility it might be required.

We have resolved the tagging issue in table structure. Now, you can check tagging in above attached file on rebuild.islg.

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

After seeing the comment from Harsh, I've re-tested on the above document and I am now able to tag text within the table structure.

Thanks Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh for letting me know this is resolved, I will move the card in Target Process accordingly.
