Timing of SQL agents jobs for app.islg and staging.islg

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Ketan Sondarva, Technical Project Manager at DevIT Ketan ,

Paul Moon Paul has noticed a significant slowdown in the performance of the app.islg application at approximately 4pm Vancouver time on a regular basis. Is there anything happening on server at that time that would be compromising performance? For example, have we reconfigured the SQL agent jobs to run at midnight EST, similar to SQL jobs for the legacy app?

Also, please let us know when the latest version of staging.islg is getting pushed to app.islg. Paul Moon Paul and the team need to integrate the Subject Navigator entries created since the December migration, and they can't access the relevant tools in the master lists until the fixes in staging.islg are deployed in app.islg.

We checked and found that All SQL Job are running on both staging.islg and app.islg at Midnight 1:00 AM Vancouver time.

I found that the old leagcy application one SQL JOB for Jurisprudence Global Search is running every 2 hours on server.

Also, Today, We have deployed latest version on app.islg.

We'll continue to monitor this issue, and if it persists we'll see if can get Carbon60 to perform some tests to see if there is something interfering with the performance of the application.

Paul Moon Paul , if you experience the same slowdown in the application, could you please ensure that you document it with a video and post it in a comment below. We'll want to ensure we catch the exact time when the issue is occurring so that we can examine the logs on the server at that time.
