Translation API

Hello all,

Another issue I would like to flag for possible development within the front-end of the new ISLG application is an automated translation tool that allows users to read documents in other languages, and even perform searches in other languages. For example, it would be great to have a tool that would allow you to search "good faith", and the translation tool would automatically translate the term into other languages: "bonne foi", "buena fe", etc., and search through the documents in their applicable languages. This would prevent the need to search in multiple languages, and consolidate everything into one search. Would it be possible to build this tool using Google's Cloud Translation API?
