UAT (multiple issues)

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Jitesh Dhuravala, DevIT Jitesh  

We are getting errors which prevents us from using core functionalities of the application as of today. It is currently not possible to:
  • Create new meta-fields
  • Create new users
  • Edit Arbitration Rules
This prevents testing on a good number of features. I've already notified Harsh on either cards or features themselves through TargetProcess, but thought it may reach you sooner via Basecamp.

We have resolved uploading issues and all are working fine now. We have also resolved all bugs which you raised by yesterday.

Also, Please provide answer of block cards so we will do development accordingly.

The issues raised yesterday appear to have been fixed, but we are now unable to delete master list entries, or at least treaties, rules and dispute documents.

There was page refreshing issue. Today We have uploaded modified JS file on server. 

Please refresh the page and check again.

I have tried to delete one treaty entry and it is deleted successfully.

It sounds like we're having more implementation issues with you're pushing updates to the application. As a reminder, please ensure the quality control process we discussed last month is being followed to avoid these issues going forward. We need to minimize these issues to avoid wasting Guillaume Morin-Simard, UX Designer/Researcher at Industrial Guillaume and William Roberts, QA Manager at Industrial William 's time.

Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan , We have followed the quality control process. But, In some cases, we need to upload some changes or bugs on same day (like minor JS related changes, label or text related changes).

If we not upload those changes then Guillaume Morin-Simard, UX Designer/Researcher at Industrial Guillaume   and William Roberts, QA Manager at Industrial William will be stuck to test further stories.

We will take care in future that after upload the version, we will test it and resolve the minor bugs which will find after uploading on server.

Ok. Sounds good Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . It's important comprehensive testing be done on your end after the upload is complete to ensure the upload is successful and that Guillaume Morin-Simard, UX Designer/Researcher at Industrial Guillaume and William Roberts, QA Manager at Industrial William will not encounter any errors similar to the above. This will minimize further issues and reduce the time spent on UAT.
