I've looked in to pulling webinars for display in the marketing site and have noticed webinars are a premium zoom feature.
Using the API, webinars are pulled by user ID. There looks to be about 6 users under your account, and only one privileged user (Liam Murphy-Burke) that has access to create webinars seemingly and the only account under which webinars exist.
I just want to confirm the above is true, as it will be the assumption we're going on for where to pull the webinars, i.e. using Liam's account as the source of webinars.
