Following-up on our discussion today, I've added this to-do group as an item in the priority list (priority #18). Please write the scripts required to transfer these provision lists from the legacy to new application, and then work through the specific to-do's above.
Thanks,
Morgan
Before start this task, Could you please confirm any of above UIN's Provisions are not use for tagging.
We are planning to remove all provisions of above UIN's (if exists) and fetch from Old legacy application and added to app.islg directly through back-end.
Could you respond the
Morgan
The following instruments do have tags to dispute documents already on app.islg, since they have migrated data or the content team has tagged everything "Generally" when the provision list wasn't available:
| BIT/0163;
| BIT/0534;
| BIT/0636;
| BIT/0972;
| BIT/0975;
| BIT/1357;
| FTA/0041; and
| BIT/1366.
The following instruments do not have any tags to dispute documents on app.islg:
| BIT/1124;
| BIT/1160;
| BIT/1280;
| BIT/1287;
| BIT/1302; and
| BIT/1354.
If you are able to import provision lists from the legacy site without affecting/deleting existing tags, that'd be great, but if it is not possible, the content team can insert them back manually after for the 10 instruments listed above.
Thanks,
Paul
We will remain on Generally Provision if it is exists for above Document's UIN. Rather than other provisions we will remove (it it is exists in database) and migrated provisions from old legacy application.
Hope this is fine.
Please confirm.
For Testing purpose, We have migrated Provisions from old leagcy application for First 2 UIN's (listed above) on staging.islg.
Please check on staging.islg and confirm so we can proceed same method for app.islg.
Could you check the two BITs on staging.islg to see whether all provisions we need are migrated properly from the legacy site?
Thanks,
Paul
Sure - We'll check the two BITs and confirm whether all the provisions are migrated properly from the legacy site.
Thanks,
Nafiseh
I checked staging for BIT/0534 and BIT/0972 and compared them to legacy - provision migration looks good. No issues.
Thanks,
Irit
I also checked BIT/0534 and BIT/0972 on staging and compared them with the legacy provision lists. They both look good.
Thanks,
Nafiseh
Please proceed the two test BITs to app.islg. Once you do the same for the rest of the instruments listed above, we will mark them complete as we upload references that we currently have on hold.
Thanks,
Paul
We have migrated following UIN's Provisions from old legacy to app.islg. Please check and confirm.
When we were going to migrate BIT/1280 and BIT/1287 Provisions on app.islg, we found that some provisions already exists.
Could you please confirm that can we remove those provisions and migrate from old legacy application except Generally ?
Also, Please check all remain UIN's Provisions and confirm to us that we need to remove existing provisions except Generally. so we can proceed further.
Yes, you can remove existing provision lists (except Generally) for BIT/01280 and BIT/1287 on app.islg (you can do the same for any other instruments that we ask you to migrate provision lists from the legacy site).
Thanks,
Paul
Thanks,
Irit
Paul
We have migrated above mentioned all UIN's Provisions from old legacy application.
Please check and confirm.
Only FTA/0041 UIN is pending as I checked there are already so many provisions added and some are used for tagging. so please check and confirm that can we remove all and then again migrated for FTA/0041 ?
Yes, you can remove all existing references to FTA/0041 on app.islg and migrate the provision list from the legacy site.
Thanks,
Paul
We have removed all associated refences for FTA/0041 and migrated provisions from legacy application.
Please check and confirm.
Please check FTA/0041 on app.islg to ensure we have all the provisions we need to complete outstanding data transfer and confirm here.
Thank you,
Paul
Will do that today.
I checked FTA/0041 on the app.islg and compared it to the provisions on the legacy admin site.
There are a few errors on the legacy admin site (Provision Display Names) that are also reflected on the app.islg, so they need to be fixed on both the legacy and the app.islg:
Articulo 4(5) should be changed to Articulo 4(5)(1)
Articulo 4(2) should be changed to Articulo 4(5)(2)
Articulo 4(3) should be changed to Articulo 4(5)(3)
Articulo 4(4) should be changed to Articulo 4(5)(4)
Order #721 should be changed to Articulo 9(16)(1)(b)(ii)
Other than that, all the provisions have been migrated properly.
Thanks,
Nafiseh

If all UIN's Provisions are OK then could you please complete this task ?
