However, when I search for "investment w/2 investment," the result displays 5247 documents that show "investment" in isolation without another "investment" appearing within 2 words. It has been tested on three different computers. 

There are two issues related to this:
   1. Is the result showing "investment" in isolation because both words are identical? If so, is there a way to enable the boolean w/# connector to work even if the two words on either side of "w/#" are identical?
   2. Why is the live site kicking me out within a few seconds of showing the result? Once I sign in again, I can view the result (hence I got the URL). 

Is this issue related to the overall slowing down of Subject Navigator and Article Citator that I reported earlier?

"investment w/2 due" and "investment w/2 right" are working fine. The problem is "investment w/2 investment" is producing a result that shows documents that have only "investment" without another "investment" within 2 words as the proximity connector is supposed to work. 

I am asking the development team: (i) whether it is because the two words are identical and if it is, they could address it; and (ii) the issue of the live site kicking me out and requiring me to sign in again before I can view the result after taking a very long time to load the result (maybe because there are over 5700 documents?) which is incorrect (showing only one "investment").

Paul, The result is taking some time to produce the data because of 6000 documents.

Regrading, "investment w/2 investment" example dtsearch will always produce same result for identical words.

The "w/#" connector functionality provided by dtSearch.

We checked same thing in dtSearch 's demo link with search by "field w/2 field" word (https://support.dtsearch.com/ocr/ ). And, It produced same results when two words on either side of the "w/#" connector are the same.

It means, Right now it will always populate same result in our application when two words on either side of the "w/#" connector are the same.
