Further to the video below, please implement the following changes to the Research Details window:

Remove "+New" link when there are no bookmarks within the Research Details window:

Insert "Clear All" next to "Save Research", which if selected will prompt the user to confirm, and if confirmed, will delete all the bookmarks within the Research Details:

Replace "+New" with "Create New Topic" with a "|" dividing it from the topic name:

Selecting "+New Research Topic" does not create a new topic in Research Details, and the text for the link should be replaced with "Create New Topic":

. Looks pretty good. The only issue I've noticed so far is that on smaller screens the notepad details pane overlaps the clear all confirmation popup.

The overlap issue is resolved for me as well. However, after further testing, I discovered an issue outlined in the video below.

I did notice a usability issue, however, when deleting a research topic. The Delete modal can sometimes be hidden or partially cut off when deleting a topic from the bottom of the list. See video:
