Delete document from sever database

In the latest dtSearch indexing report for the Full Text Search: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/DTSearchReport/2019_03_06/Index_LastUpdateErrors.htm, it lists BIT-0988 - Italy-United Arab Emirates (1995) + Protocol[English].pdf. This document was replaced by the following: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/documents/documents/BIT-0988%20-%20Italy-United%20Arab%20Emirates%20(1995)%20+%20Protocol[English]-1.pdf. Can you please confirm that the document was replaced and is now getting properly indexed. 

Also, could we ensure that documents are deleted from the server when they are replaced in the Admin site document database.

We have checked and found that  "BIT-0988 - Italy-United Arab Emirates (1995) + Protocol[English].pdf"  was replaced by "BIT-0988%20-%20Italy-United%20Arab%20Emirates%20(1995)%20+%20Protocol%5BEnglish%5D-1.pdf" on succesuffuly replaced on server folder.

We have also checked DtSearch Indexing Report and we haven't found following document :  "BIT-0988 - Italy-United Arab Emirates (1995) + Protocol[English].pdf". you can check it by using following Dtsearch Indexing Report

Ok. Sounds good Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . However, it's odd that it took so long for the document to get removed from the report. It was replaced early last week, and only got removed from the report a day or two ago. What would explain the delay?
