Further to the issue we experienced with the failure of the dtSearch index over the weekend. Could we please modify the schedules for the daily indexes for the Full Text Search and Subject Navigator searches as follows:
- continue to run daily indexes on both dtSearch searches at 1:30pm Ahmedabad time on Monday to Friday.
- remove the daily indexes from Saturday and Sunday.

We have changed dtSearch Index schedule as per Morgan suggested above. Form tomorrow onward, the dtsearch will run only Monday to Friday (12:00 AM - Vancouver Time).
For at least one week, We all need to monitor this scheduled job is going in proper manner or not.
I'll keep this to-do open for the next week until we're satisfied that the new schedule is working.

I am clarifying that the dtsearch indexing is running only on Monday to Friday but the mail will be firing everyday.
On saturday and sunday, the attached file contains the friday's dtsearch indexing data.

We have resolved warning message issue. Actually, The Indexing were created successfully but I have set the scheduled time on 11:59 PM. Hence, Some indexing file were generated on 11:59 PM and some files were generated after 12:00 AM. Due to this reason the Indexing warning message were occurred.
I have changed time on 12:05 AM. Now from tomorrow, We will not receive warning message.
