✔ "failed" error message appears when Agreement OTI/0005 is selected from the Article Citator uploading tool

Notes
A "failed" error message appears when we select Agreement OTI/0005 from the drop down menu of the Article Citator uploading tool.  We are unable to upload data to OTI/0005 until this issue is fixed.

I am using Dispute Document  IC/0091/184 for this example.

Click on Article Citator to open the Article Citator uploading tool:

Click "Add More"

Select OTI/0005 from the Agreement drop-down menu:

You will see the following "failed" message appear.

We have checked this issue and tried to reproduce from our end but it seems all working fine.

Good morning everyone.  I checked as well just now and I see that everything is working as it should.  I am able to upload data to OTI/0005.  Morgan, I am going to mark this as "complete".
