Hi all:

FTS is working again, but it is quite slow when I apply filters. I tested on Edge, Firefox and Chrome, and all browsers take about a minute or so.

Plain FTS search is as fast as I expected, but when I select "Filter Full-Text Search" and search for "expropriation," the result takes about a minute.

I understand there are 194 documents, but when I search "necessity," it takes less than 10 seconds while it produces 994 documents.

Also, refining the search result above to narrow down the number of documents takes about a minute as well.

I have checked and found that all search result are working fine and produced the result in appropriate time.

I have testes above scenario and it produced the 194 documents result within 15 seconds.

Morgan , Could you please check from your end and let us know the feedback.

The FTS is returning results for me, but the nightly index report is showing 0 for all indicators. See screenshot from the email below. Could you confirm if this is a concern?

Actually, We got the Indexing report of previous day.

For example Today is 31st may but we got the report of 30th may. We will look into it and get back to you.

Today Indexing was run properly and FTS tool is working fine. We have checked on Server.

Further to the video below, we're still getting very slow load times for the following search. Could you please investigate, and ensure that there are no searches across the tool that take more than 5-10 seconds.

I have looked into the speed issue but we haven't found anything. It is working fine in our environment.

Please see attached video. the result is loading within 7 to 8 seconds.

@Morgan, May be due to internet connectivity or cache issue which taken some time to load results in above video.
