Please disable the automated emails associated with accounts expiring on dev.investorstatelawguide.com. Currently these emails are creating conflicts with www.investorstatelawguide.com
For further clarification, a user account can be set to expire: https://dev.investorstatelawguide.com/subscribers/AddUser?id=706&group=196&status=-1&city=0
When the automatic password reset is activated, the following emails will be sent to users:
- an email will be sent to the user 1 week before the account expires, notifying them that the account will expires in 1 week and that they need to reset the password on the account.
- assuming the password is not reset by the user, the user will be sent an email when the account expires, notifying them that they need to reset the password to reactivate the account.
Please disable these two automated emails on dev.investorstatelawguide.com. All other emails, including the status change emails sent to subscription@investorstatelawguide.com when the accounts expire can remain active.
Thanks,
Morgan
We have disabled the automated mails which is mentioned above on dev.islg.
Now, Password Expiry Notification and Account Expiry mail will be not fired from dev.islg.

Further to the video below, the requested changes to dev.islg were not implemented as requested. Rather than only suppress the emails being sent to the user, the entire account expiration feature was disabled. Could you please confirm that this is not a regression issue (which could leak to production), and that disabling the entire feature was the intended fix.
Thanks,
Morgan
As per your above video, We have only disabled the Password Expiry Notification and Account Expiry mail coding rather than functionality from dev.islg.
Hence, The user status will be expired but they will be not get any Password Expiry Notification and Account Expiry mail from dev.islg.
Also, We have enabled the status change mail on dev.islg. It means if user status will be expired from dev.islg then status change mail you will be received.
Hope this is fine.
The video also shows that on dev.islg when the accounts are set to expire, and the date is reached, the account's status does not change to 'expired', but remains in 'active' status. Could you please ensure this issue is resolved as well.
Thanks,
Morgan
I suggest If we eliminate this whole expiry method from dev.islg then it will be good for us.
It mean status will not be changed and no expiry or password notification mail will be fired from dev.islg.
Please suggest.
Ok. If it makes more sense to disable the automated expiration function entirely on dev.islg, rather than just suppress the emails, that's fine with me. I just wanted to confirm that this was the intended fix, and ensure this doesn't have any future impacts on the function in the production environment.
Marking the to-do complete.
Thanks,
Morgan
