A user has reported a problem with the Publication Citator. As outlined in the video below, there appears to be two issues: (1) PDF pinpoint references are not working, and (2) corruption in the data for certain pinpoint references. Please resolve both problems as a high priority. However, please ensure issue #1 in particular is resolved on www.islg ASAP.
Here are the relevant links from the video:

The first issue regarding PDF pinpoint references in Publication Citator has been resolved on both www.islg and dev.islg.
For Second issue, I have talked with Tejas and found that during the data entry time there was some problem which we found and he will correct those data.
Great. Issue #1 appears to be resolved on both www.islg and dev.islg.
Thanks,
Morgan
There was a problem in data uploaded as per discussed with Tejas. currently, we have analyzed only those data which is shown in video.
Understood. Is there a way for your to perform a search across the database of Publication Citator data to identify other entries that are suffering from the same problem? Perhaps doing a search for any entries that contain special characters (#, &, etc.) will do the trick? Otherwise, we would need to manually check all the entries over an indefinite period of time.
Thanks,
Morgan

We have identified those document where there was data corruption problem in Publication.
Here, I have attached spread sheet of corrupted data entries for publication.
Could you confirm whether the corruption issues have been resolved, because I can't see anything wrong with the entries for SC/0012/01: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/PublicationsReferredTo?docid=1890.
Thanks,
Morgan
Please refer following spread sheet for corruption data entries. As, I found that some data entries are OK.

All the corrupt entries that were listed in the report have been corrected.
Thank you,
Irit
Before we complete this to-do, my understanding is that this issue was caused by formatting that was pasted into the relevant fields within the Publication Citator uploading tool. Would it be possible for us to make changes to these fields so that values can only be pasted into the applicable fields (i.e., any formatting would be discarded)? If so, could we make the appropriate changes to all the applicable field in all the citator uploading tools:
Article Citator - https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/ArticleCitator?docId=10331&Add=True:
Jurisprudence Citator - https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/JurisprudenceReferredTo?docid=10331:
Publication Citator - https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/PublicationsReferredTo?docid=10331:
Terms & Phrases - https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/TermsAndPhrasesCategory2?catg=C&docid=10331

I did spot checks today within the Article Citator and Jurisprudence Citator on the Admin site and Live site and did not see any problems. I'll continue to keep a close eye on this when I do the weekly DCD audits.
We have resolved formatting issue in all the citator uploading tool on dev.islg.
Please check all citator uploading tool on dev.islg and let me know if you still find any formatting issue.
I have not found any formatting issues on dev.islg.
Thanks,
Morgan
I have tested the Article, Jurisprudence and Publication Citators. All test entries appear as they should on the dev.islg Admin side and all are working properly on the dev.islg subscriber side. I tested by entering values myself. And also copying/pasting values from spreadsheet cells. Everything looks good so far.
Thanks,
Irit

Due to some social function at my home, Tuesday I will not available for half day in office.
Can I migrate this task on Monday ?
No problem. I'll reschedule the migration for Monday.
Morgan
I have migrated the formatting issue (all 4 tool) task on www.islg. Please check and confirm.
I am currently testing and will report back.
Thank you,
Irit
I have tested the following on www.islg:
Article Citator
Jurisprudence Citator
Publication Citator
Terms & Phrases
All test entries are working properly on www.islg Admin side and the www.islg subscriber side. I tested by entering values myself. And copying/pasting values from spreadsheet cells. Morgan, please note that I am not as familiar uploading Terms & Phrases. Everything looks right to me on the Live Site. I just wanted to mention that as I don't often use that uploading tool. I don't want to miss anything.
Thank you,
Irit
Please ask Tejas to keep on eye on this issue for the next few weeks to ensure it doesn't pop-up again.
I'll mark the to-do complete.
