All IN/0086 dispute documents are not displayed on the live site. As shown below, I get the same error message for all.

I thought quotation mark (") and ampersand (&) in the document title might be causing the error as shown below, so I changed the title last night as shown above for IN/0086/28. However, it hasn't resolved the issue.

Could you let us know what is causing all IN/0086 documents to show this error message on the live site?

There was and "&" issue in PDF file name. We have resolved this issue on both dev.islg and www.islg.
