Last week I changed all Article Citator DCD references referring to BIT/0048 [Italian] to BIT/1280 [French].

The Admin site document database shows there is still one Provision References to BIT/0048 appearing in Dispute Document IC/0003/02.  However, when I check the Article Citator data entered on the Admin Site for IC/0003/02, I do not see any references to BIT/0048.  

The updates were last made on Monday December2 1st. Do you know why this is appearing?
