Hi Everyone,
The following Articles/Provision are not appearing in the Article Citator uploading tool drop down menu for ARB/0057:
Article 2(2)(a)
Article 3(3)(a)(i)
Article 3(3)(a)(ii)
Article 8(1)
Using the Article Citator uploading tool for Dispute Document UN/0187/34 as an example:
Start with the following link to the Admin Site, Dispute Document "UN/0187/34 Alberto Carrizosa Gelzis, Enrique Carrizosa Gelzis and Felipe Carrizosa Gelzis v. Republic of Colombia, PCA Case No. 2018-56, Procedural Order No. 2 Presentation of Claimants Witnesses at the Hearing on Jurisdiction, 6 April 2020"

Click “Article Citator”
Click “Add More”
From the “Agreement” drop down menu, select:
"ARB/0057 IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010)"
From the “Articles/Provisions” drop down menu, you will see that the following entries are missing:
Article 2(2)(a)
Article 3(3)(a)(i)
Article 3(3)(a)(ii)
Article 8(1)

I have checked the Article entries on the Admin Site for ARB/0057 and did not see any issues.

The following Articles have all been entered correctly:
I have also checked the XML on the Admin Site. The Articles seem to be entered correctly. I have attached the XML:

Lastly, I checked ARB/0057 on the Live Site.
Articles are appearing properly under Treaties and Rules tab. Link for Live Site – Treaties and Rules tab, ARB/0057
Articles that are missing, specifically Article 8(1) is not appearing on the Live Site under Research Tools - Article Citator tab (as it cannot be selected on the Admin Site).

The issues above are affecting the subscriber side of the current application. Could you please ensure these are resolved as a high priority.

This issue has resolved on www.islg. There was some change we did in SQL job on server.
Now, you can see those entries in “Articles/Provisions” drop down menu.

The issue has been resolved. All the Articles/Provision are now appearing in the Article Citator uploading tool drop down menu for ARB/0057.
