When discussing some Google indexing alerts with Morgan today we discovered that the iframe used for results in the Jurisprudence Citator is being indexed by Google and is publicly available (user is not prompted to login). Can we please ensure these are only accessible to users, and also add <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow”> to the iframes?

We have resolved above issue on dev.islg. If user try to open any of above link without user credentials then it will be prompted to login.

We have also set Meta tag in all Iframes on dev.islg

Please check and confirm.

Most of the changes look good on dev, but I noticed that for http://dev.investorstatelawguide.com/ResearchTools/JurisprudenceCitators2?document_id=1968&proType=Paragraph&proNum=16&type=&jdivsection=1&tabMenu=&sort=rc&citedDocs=3550 I'm getting an application error.

We have fixed above example on www.islg. Please check and confirm.

For dev.islg URL Indexed, I think we need to  add <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow”>  into the Resource Event Page. Right now, I have checked in Resource event Page and I haven't seen any meat tag in page.

For dev.islg that sounds good to me. I'm more familiar with PHP stacks and how we leverage htaccess files to block robots globally for a site, but does the windows/.NET stack have something similar that will block robots from dev.islg completely by default?

I have added <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow”> tag globally for dev.islg. Hope this will be work.
