Diana works out of Madrid on investment policy and dispute management to international organisations and private practicing attorneys. She was part of Costa Rica’s Negotiation team for the Association Agreement between Central America and the European Union and collaborated in the establishment of investment policy and with the implementation of Costa Rica’s international trade commitments before the WTO and in the framework of CAFTA. Diana has consulted with the Division on Investment and Enterprise at UNCTAD and the OECD.
