Hi team,

I noticed a few issues in the Notepad window on dev.islg:

Confirmation of deletion of a topic pop-up requires horizontal scrolling, and the background white doesn't extend to the edge

When attempting to save a new research topic when I already have the maximum 10 saved, I'm not seeing the error message that I must delete some existing before saving new.

This is looking much better. I did notice, however, that when looking at the site on a smaller screen, the modal windows are aligned right instead of centred.
