Hi Ryan Knuth, Customer Support Manager at Industrial Ryan ,

We are assuming that due to some space issue in PDF file the DTsearch tool are not able to find the correct PDF path. Hence, We have removed unnecessary space from Database and also from relevant folder where we store the PDF file.

The DtSerach tool will run again today midnight so let's wait  and will see the result.
