✔ Problem with automated email for group manager created accounts

Further to the video below, we are having problems with the automated emails that are supposed to be generated when user accounts are creating by group managers. When an account is created through the front-end group manager application, two automated emails are supposed to be sent:
- to the user to create login credentials and activate the account; and
- to subscription@investorstatelawguide.com showing that an account has been created with "pending" status.
It appears that the second email is not being sent, and then the first is not being sent to users from McDermott Will & Emery group: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/Subscribers/Index?exp=2&group=686&status=-1&city=0&gid=686. Could you please investigate, and ensure that all the appropriate automated emails are being sent as required.
We have checked code and found that we don't set the second email (status change mail on subscription@investorstatelawguide.com) for front-end side (Manage Profile).
We have updated the code and uploaded on dev.islg.
On dev.islg, I have created one new test user (Jitesh Dhuruvala) through front-end (Manage Profile link) using your credentials and received both mail successfully.
You also got the status mail of Jitesh Dhuruvala user on subscription@investorstatelawguide.com.
Following, I have attached Invitation mail screenshot.
Please check once again on dev.islg and confirm. If all OK then will migrate on www.islg.
