Problem with drag/drop function in Research Details window

Further to the video below, there is a problem with drag/drop feature with the Research Details window of the Notepad Feature. Note that the issue appears happen intermittently.

I've been able to reproduce consistently in IE11, but it seems to be working in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on Windows, and Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Mac.

It's important to note that the issue is intermittent. Therefore you night have to run the test few times before you come across the problem. Also, this been reproduced on multiple browsers and multiple computers.

I'm no longer seeing the issue in IE11, and haven't run into it on other browsers.

I'm experiencing the issue on first login in all browsers now on www.islg. IE11 still seems to be most consistent. I tested on both IE11/Win8 and IE11/Win10.

In Chrome/Mac it happened on first login until I cleared my cache, fine in Firefox/Mac, then saw the issue again in Safari/Mac.

See screencast from IE11/Win8. It seems to work after I manually clear the cache, but I've been able to consistently reproduce the issue when I first log in, then it works fine after manually clearing the cache.

I tested on my PC (rather than virtual machine) and I'm still seeing an issue. See attached video.

Upon first load, the sorting doesn't work, but if I hide then show the details again it works.

This is from Win10/IE11, but I had seen similar issue in Edge.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Everything is working fine for me. 

However, I discovered some other issues that I'll report through a separate to-do.
