Further to the video below, we've discovered another compatibility issue with Firefox and IE, this time within the session information window. In additional to resolving this immediate problem, is there a way for us to identify the common thread that is causing these problems with Firefox and IE. We've identified a number of problems over the past few weeks, and I'd prefer to come up with a global solution that doesn't require testing each element of the application in every browser.
Actually, The navigate button class "link" is not supported by Firefox. Hence, We have changed the navigate button class across whole site on dev.islg and its works fine.
Please check and let us know the feedback.
The initial problem with the Edit Existing link in Firefox and IE is resolved. However, further to the video below, I have found some addition problems that are related to this aspect of the application.
Thanks,
Morgan
We will look into this change after completion of priority changes. Hope this is fine.
Morgan
The above issue has resolved on dev.islg. Please check and confirm.
I've discovered an issue (I've confirmed in both Chrome and Firefox) where clicking "Return to session information window" after updating an existing Client & Matter entry just refreshes the window rather than dismissing it. See video:
The issue regarding "Return to session information window" after updating an existing Client & Matter entry has resolved on dev.islg.
Please check and confirm.

Please reload the page with Ctrl+ F5 key to load JS script properly. Because, we have checked again this issue and it is working fine on dev.islg.
Unfortunately I'm still getting the same issue on both my computer and a cross-browser testing tool.
Ryan
I can't recreate the problem you're experiencing. It's working well for me on dev.islg on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE.
Morgan
It's still happening for me for some reason. Could you confirm if you're editing a matter then Update before clicking "Return to Session Information Window?". It seems to only be an issue after I do that.
Ryan
Still no problem. The video below, shows the examples I've gone through.
Morgan
Could you please provide your browser details ? Are you checking in Mac system ?
Yes, it's on Mac, Chrome 65. Also in Firefox 60.
It's very strange. I've also tried a new account, added a new client/matter, then edited with the same result. When testing on my PC I'm seeing the issue as well.
Could it be data-related for my test accounts?
You can try:
U: ISLGtesting
P: islg4testing
I and Morgan were checked this issue with Group Manager account. Therefore, it is working fine for both of us.
Now, We have uploaded the changes for both account on dev.islg.
Please check and confirm.
Ryan
Thanks,
Morgan
We have updated the table content design for normal user's modal window on dev.islg. Please check and confirm.
I did notice another issue wherein if I Edit the session details, it isn't reflected right away in the Comments List, unless i refresh the page and reopen the window. See video:
We have resolved above issue for both group and normal user account on dev.islg. Please check and confirm.
Note : Please refresh the page before test this scenario.
Ryan

Morgan
We have migrated this change on www.islg. Please check and confirm.
