✔ Problem with Full Text Search - URGENT

Further to the video below, an ISLG user discovered a problem with the Full Text Search where the search query is converting the term "how" into a wild card character. Please ensure this issue is resolved immediately in all environments.

Also, if this issue is related to noise words. Please ensure that the noise word file is emptied from the dtSearch index so that it does not interfere with users' ability use noise words within their searches.

This is an important point to note and implement going forward for all dtSearch powered indexes.

The issue is due to noise words. After server upgradation the noise words was included in dtSearch version.

We'll have to make note of this going forward and ensure we take the appropriate actions to remove the noise words when updates are made to the server or dtSearch software, because this has happened before.
