Problem with individual login - HIGH PRIORITY

Further to the email chain below, one of our subscribers is having trouble accessing the members site with their username and password. When they login they are presented with the message that the site can't be reached (see below) and an erroneous URL appears to have been queried. If the user selects http://www.investorstatelawguide.com/User/Welcome from the error message, they are logged in.

Subash Kuttan Subash experienced the same issue when logging in from his laptop. The problem started when we migrated the changes concerning the subscriber management system. Also, clearing the cache on the browser did not resolve the problem.

Could you please provide the username/First name & Last name of subscribers who having problem to access member site ?

Also, Please provide the Subash username/First name & Last name. so, we will figure out the issue.

We have resolved above issue to accessing the members site with their username and password on both dev.islg and www.islg.

We have also tested both the accounts on www.islg and it is working fine now.

Subash Kuttan Subash has confirmed that the fix worked on his account, and we're waiting to hear back from Essex Court Chambers to confirm that the problem is resolved for them. However, could you confirm whether the issue is resolved system wide, or is this something that we need to resolve user by user, because we suspect the problem is affecting a number of other users as well?
