✔ Problem with Notepad bookmark links

Further to the video below, there is a problem with a number of the bookmark links within the Notepad Feature. They are linking to appropriate pages (with the exception of some page alignment issues and 404 error for one of the links), but in almost all the links, when you arrive at the page the relevant bookmark flag is not appearing marked as required. The relevant bookmark links are contained in the research topics below. It's important to note that these were research topics created to report a problem previously, and thus, we appear to have a regression issue on our hands.
We have checked this issue and found that the particular 17/07/2018 data was entered wrong element in database.
On same day we have uploaded this task on www.islg, so we are assuming these were test data entries which we resolved after 17/07.
we have also checked all data after 17/07 date and all data are in well format.
Could we update the 17/07 data on www.islg ?
Please suggest.
There's no need to update the 17/07 data. I just want to confirm that any data added to the database after the fix will not have these problems. Please confirm, and then we can close the to-do.

We have confirmed that we have checked all bookmarks data and we did not found any issue after 17/07 data.
