Problem with Notepad notice pop-up

Further to the video below, there is a problem with the Notepad pop-up that is supposed to appear for IP users that provides them with more information on how to access the Notepad Feature, including details on their group manager.

Thank, you Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . I've confirmed it's appearing again for my account. I did test disabling the popup, and it's still appearing for me, but I'm not sure if it's a bug, or if I happen to have my IP whitelisted within another group. Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan would you mind checking that on your end as well please?

You're right. Disabling the pop-up within the group setting has no effect. Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , please ensure we still have the ability to enable/disable the feature for each group depending on the settings we've created for each group.

We have checked above issue on dev.islg. but, it is working fine for us. When We have disabled the "Notbook Enabled" (see attached scrrenshot) option popup from devit group and then login through IP access the popup was disappeared. 

After enabled the option, the popup was again appeared.
Could you please provide test case or video to reproduce this issue on dev.islg ?

My Apologies.. I was checked with wrong column. Hence, I was not able to reproduce the issue. The right column is "Notepad Auto-IP Notification". Please ignore the above comment.
