Problem with Subject Navigator Search

Further to the video below, we've discovered a problem in the way results are highlighted in the Subject Navigator search: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/ResearchTools/SubjectNavigator?toc=content&id=50&tab=r&search=good+faith&searchType=boolean&stem=1&thes=&ftypo=1&fuzziness=1. Please resolve this on www.islg ASAP, given that we have a webinar tomorrow morning showcasing this specific tool.

I think it might be some DTsearch Indexing issue. We have tried to recreate the issue but its working fine on www.islg.

Please check and confirm.

Thank you, Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . I've confirmed it looks good now on www.islg, but this is the third time I believe we've had the "nodeId" issue come up. It's good that the indexing resolves it, but we'll need to investigate why this keeps occuring.

Yes, the issue is now resolved; however, as Ryan Knuth, Customer Support Manager at Industrial Ryan has pointed out, it would be good if we could identify the cause of this problem, and avoid it in the future, because it appears to be happening quite frequently.

This issue is resolved on www.islg for time being. We have figured out the root cause of this issue. This is because of a conflict in Index timings as there are many indexes configured. Tomorrow we will reconfigure time for this index and monitor for few days to make sure that the problem will not occur again.

We have reconfigured the indexing time of Subject Navigator tool on www.islg for resolve above issue . 

We will still monitor this issue for one week.
