Further to the video below there is a problems with the admin preview function in the Master Tree, including:
- slow loading times; and
- PDF pinpoint references need to do open in PDF.js viewer.
Note that the slow loading times are particularly prevalent when a number of branches are open in the Navigator. See example from video.
What's the status on this to-do?
Thanks,
Morgan
We have resolved Admin Preview issue on dev.islg. Please check and let us know the feedback.
Thanks,
Morgan
The loading time has definitely improved.
However, each pinpoint reference under Admin Preview isn't working as shown below with an "Unexpected server response." The error occurs throughout dev.islg on both Chrome and Edge.

We have checked above issue and found that all are working fine. We didn't catch above error.
I think the error might be occurred due to https URL. Please use following URL and check once again.

Please check and let us know the feedback.
Working on my end as well when omitting changing https to http.
Thanks!
Ryan
Ok, it is working when I check on http. It automatically took me to https initially - is this something I have to change (to http) every time I check?
Thanks,
Paul
I'll schedule this for migration Monday.
Note the https issue should be resolved if you ensure you enter the dev site through dev.investorstatelawguide.com.
Morgan
We have migrated this task on www.islg. Please check and let us know the feedback.
Looks good on www.islg.
Thanks!
Ryan
There's an issue with this to-do. PDF.js was not installed for the viewing the PDF, so the pinpoint references are not directly to the relevant destination code. Please get this resolved.
Thanks,
Morgan
We have checked few paragraph and all pinpoint references are working well.
Could you please send video to describe above issue ??
I'm out of the office this week, and am not able to produce a video. However, I was using Google Chrome, and the PDF was loading with the Chrome PDF viewer, which is not compatible with the pinpoint references. Can you confirm that the PDF documents within the PDF Admin view are getting loaded through PDF.js?
Thanks,
Morgan
All PDF documents are loaded through PDF.js viewer.
Sorry, I cleared my cash, and it's working for me now. I'll mark the to-do complete.
