Further to the video below, we are experience very slow load times for the Dispute Documents tab (a problem we resolved on the old site last year). Please ensure this is sped to load time under 2-3 seconds. Feel free to suggest changes to the filter, etc. to make this faster.
Thanks,
Morgan
We have resolved speed issue in Dispute Document tool on dev.islg. We are looking into Jurisprudence Citator tool.
Please check and confirm.
We have checked speed issue for Jurisprudence Citator tool and it takes 6 to 7 seconds on both dev.islg and www.islg in our environment.
Can you check once again and confirm ?

We have resolved auto-search suggestions speed issue forJurisprudence Citator on dev.islg.
First time it will take 2 to 3 seconds to get the data then after it works smoothly.
Please check and confirm.
The auto-search is performing well, however, I've tested both in Chrome and Firefox, and I'm still seeing loading times up to 10 seconds to jump down to the result I've selected.

We have investigated above speed issue and found that its working fine in our environment.
Sometimes it takes 7 to 8 seconds because there are so many documents are loading under tab.
Please check once again and if you will still getting the issue then please provide test case so we can figure out.
I just want to clarify that I'm looking at the Jurisprudence Citator as this task was originally reported for the Dispute Document tab.
In my test, I entered "Crompton" as the keyword. The auto-search popped up suggestions within a second, however, when clicking on the result I wanted, it took 9 seconds to jump down to it. Note that "Canada - Crompton (Chemtura) Corporation v. Government of Canada" is the first result in the list of results as well.
We did some change in query for increase the speed when you click on auto-search popped up result in Jurisprudence tool and it seems looks good.
Please check and confirm.
Thanks!
Ryan
It took about 8 seconds for me as well.

We have checked all scenario on www.islg and found that there is no issue in this task. Due to SQL query it takes near about 6 seconds to display result.
Please suggest.
Further to the video below, I'm fine with the 6 second delay in displaying the auto-populating results within the Jurisprudence Citator. However, can we fix it so that the user is not prevented from interacting with the page while those results are being generated?
Thanks,
Morgan
We have fixed above issue in Jurisprudence tool on dev.islg. Now, User is not prevented from interacting with the page while those results are being generated.
This a great improvement. It looks good on dev.islg. I'll schedule this for migration on Monday.
Thanks,
Morgan
We have migrated this task on www.islg. Please check and confirm.
