We are using same version of google chrome.Also, we are checking this issue in different systems but we are not able to reproduce the issue.

Ryan , Could you please communicate with any UI designer from your team and give us the any other solution to solve this problem.

I wonder if this has something to do with screen resolution. It's working on my laptop, but my large monitor for my desktop has the issue.
